At The English Distillery, we take pride in the quality of our spirits; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process for unopened bottles within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Our Team

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective transit packaging to ensure the glass bottles remain secure and undamaged during return shipping.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you retain a copy of your postage receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our distillery team receives and inspects the returned goods to confirm the seals are intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
