The Norfolk Popcorn Grain Whisky continues our exploration of grain distillation with this sweet and gently spicy expression - a profile reminiscent of top-shelf bourbon, but made right here in England.

The grain

Lots of maize, just like popcorn!

The nose

Wafts of honeycomb, chocolate and sourdough bread.   

The palate

Popcorn, of course! with notes of toffee apple, nuts and gentle wood, with just a hint of pepper that blossoms into a sweet vanilla note as the whisky opens up in the glass

The finish

Long and sweet with a peppery finish
